How it works

For all orders please Download ORDER FORM, complete & place with rugs securely with payment.

1. Drop your rugs at any of our drop off or collection points. (Or call us to arrange collection)
2. Fasten leg straps, run up surcingle straps if possible, please tie together with baler twine and clearly label. Sacks are available on request
3. (NO WET RUGS PLEASE) we won’t always get to your rug immediately and they can fester if left wet in a bag.
4. We will Text, call or email you when your rugs are ready
5. Payment with order, pay for repairs on collection of rugs -call or text to arrange payment.
6. SEENEYS: Payment on drop off to Seeneys -repairs to be settled on collection, or we can email an invoice for credit card payments. (via PayPal -alison@barebacklaundry.co.uk)
